Plastic cap mold is mainly used to make plastic cap products. What is the numerical control of plastic cap mold? Numerical control is the abbreviation of digital control. That is to say, the movement parameters of the machine tool or tool are represented by digital information, which is sent to the computer, and the plastic bottle cap mould is controlled by the computer, so that the relative movement between the processed part and the tool can meet the requirements, so as to realize the processing of the part. It is a highly efficient automatic machine tool controlled by computer. It comprehensively applies the latest achievements in automatic control, computer technology, precise measurement and machine structure. CNC machine tool is generally composed of CNC system (computer and interface circuit), driving device (servo circuit and servo motor), main machine (bed, column, spindle, feed mechanism, etc.) and auxiliary device (hydraulic device, air pressure device, exchange workbench, cutter and detection device, etc.).

Of course, the application of NC machining method also has the disadvantages of high mold price, complex technology, high requirements for mold maintenance and programming technology. In order to make full use of the high performance of the die and give full play to its advantages of high efficiency, a series of problems must be solved, such as the programming of parts processing program, the supply and adjustment of cutting tools, and the training of maintenance personnel. In addition, the die is not suitable for machining parts with simple shape, low technical requirements, excessive blank allowance and uneven allowance.
